RE:Conference provides "Real encouragement for foster and adoptive parents!" They needed a brand identity that was clear, memorable, and adaptable to accommodate a new theme every year while maintaining a consistent overall look and feel. Additionally, they required a reliable partner to design all materials for the annual conference, ensuring every detail—from banners to program books—aligned with the brand’s mission.

The Solution

We began our partnership with RE: Conference by creating a cohesive brand identity that set the tone for all future materials.

Since 2017, we’ve worked closely with the RE: Conference team to bring each year’s theme to life through thoughtful design and strategic execution.


Brand Development: Designed a logo and branding system that are timeless yet flexible, allowing seamless integration of new themes each year.


Theme Development: Collaborate with RE:Conference annually to craft a theme that aligns with their mission and resonates with attendees.


Material Design: Produce all conference materials, including:

  • Website and Social Media Assets: Engage audiences and build anticipation online.

  • Apparel: Design branded T-shirts and merchandise that reflect the year’s theme.

  • Program Books and Sponsor Packets: Provide clear, professional resources for attendees and sponsors.

  • Event Signage: Create banners, displays, and even giant checks for impactful event visuals.

Take Their Word for It

I direct a large conference and have been working with 5five for the past several years. Originally I thought it was to produce a few printed items, promotional postcards, website and event booklet. However, what they have given to us in return is a complete deep dive into how our annual theme is represented in every detail...on-site signage, colors for our photo backdrop, integrations with our event app. This has also meant collaborating with a team.
